What is it?
Each component is given a unique part number and a Bill of Materials is drawn up outlining the contents of each pack along with any special build details.
The components are picked, collated and then assembled together, with regular checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Your completed packs can then be held in stock or despatched in bulk or directly to your customers.
Component stock levels are closely monitored and re-order levels adjusted, so packs are able to be built on-demand.
